Graphs of \(\mathcal {R}_{01}\) \((\mathcal {R}_{02})\) (subfigure (a)) and \(\mathcal {R}_{03}\) (subfigure (b)) as functions of \(\epsilon _{p}\). All other parameters are as part 4.1. In subfigure (a), when \(\tau _{IP}=\tau _{IM}=0\) and \(\mathcal {R}_{01}\) \((\mathcal {R}_{02})=1\), \(\epsilon _{p}\) is about 0.982. In subfigure (b), when \(\tau _{IP}=3\), \(\tau _{IM}=0.45\) and \(\mathcal {R}_{03}\), \(\epsilon _{p}\) is also about 0.980
