We set \(\alpha =0.7\), \(K_{l}=3300\), \(N_{h}=1000\), \(N_{a}=500\), \(L= 1300\), \(N_{v} = 1500\), \(S_{v} = 1000\), \(I_{v} = 500\), \(I_{h} = 100\), \(S_{a} = 380\) and \(I_{a} = 17\). The rest of the model parameters were adopted as in Tables 2 and 1
