The existence of traveling wave solutions is proved by constructing generalized upper and lower solutions. The asymptotic behavior of traveling wave solutions is established by combining the theory of asymptotic spreading with the idea of contracting rectangles. The nonexistence of monotone traveling wave solutions is also confirmed by the theory of asymptotic spreading.
